    As an undergraduate, Master's and doctoral student at Makerere University, there was always one thing that disturbed Harriet Kebirungi, that was the state of Africa's most prestigious learning institutions. There was inadequate and dirty toilets. Students had to move out of university to find toilets at a cost.
