Such is the problem of sexual abuse in the country that the government has borrowed $40m (Shs144b) to address the vice. Parliament has also approved a motion moved by National Youth MP Ann Adeke Ebaju calling for a select committee to look into the crisis of sexual violence and harassment in institution of learning.
