    How can I get an HIV-free baby?

    Dear doctor, | got married two years ago. Since my wife was in school we kept using withdrawal and condoms. Before trying for a baby, we went for an HIV testing and it was discovered that she is HIV positive while I am not. I have tried impregnating her and failed. We tried using condoms so that she can pour cum manually using a syringe to no avail. We also tried putting holes in the condom still to no avail. I love my wife, so what can I do to get a child? E.
