    Is there reason for us to celebrate World Health day?

    The World over people are celebrating the World Health Day. The celebrations in Uganda took in Luweero. The main theme for the day was Universal Health Coverage Everyone Everywhere. As i think about the day, i ask myself, do we as Ugandans have a reason to celebrate? And the answer is Yes and No.
