    Govt to amend roads Act, extend reserves.

    Cabinet has approved the roads amendment bill, 2027, with objective of reforming the law relating to the development management and maintenance of public roads.     UNRA to construct new landing site on L.Albert.

    The Uganda National Roads Authority (UNRA) has confirmed that the construction of a new landing site for the Wanseko- Panyimur ferry services on Lake Albert will commerce before the end of this year. The ferry service aid traders from Bunyoro sub-region to cross with their merchandise from Wanseko Landing Site Buliisa district to the famous Panyimur Market in Nebbi District.
