    New Katabi town council decries lack of health facilities

    Poor health facilities and lack of hospitals was cited as the major hindrance to the proper performance of newly created Katabi town council in Wakiso district. During an annual performance review meeting held last week, the town clerk, Henry Semakula, said the council has only grade two health centres plagued by the lack of medical personnel and inadequate medicine.
