    Government warning on diseases due to kaveera use is unbelievable

    I read in the Daily Monitor Wednesday, November 15, about the government warning of more diseases as Ugandans continue to use Kaveera(polythene bags). But when will the government ever take a decisive action in as far as kaveera ban is concerned? Do government officials ever try to reflect or listen to the pronouncements they make? Do they even listen to themselves!
