    Exploring the use of visual aids in the teaching and learning of poetry.

    The researcher proposed to explore the use of visual aids in the teaching and learning of poetry in A level secondary school. The study was based on three objectives: To explore how various types of visual aids in the teaching and learning of poetry to investigate the influence of visual aids on students' engagement, motivation, and overall appreciation for poetry in A-level second the study will also use purposive sampling technique as only a target needed will be involved. To explore challenges teachers, use while using visual aids in the teaching and learning of poetry in A level and possible solutions. The study adopted a longitudinal design; it employed qualitative methods of data collection The study population comprised of; the A level teachers and A level literature students. The sample size was taken from the population above to determine the outcome of the study. For qualitative data a few will be selected and field observation, interviews and document analysis
