Abstract
The Africa wealth Report 2025 states that as of June 2025 Uganda had 1,600 dollar Millionaires and 5 Centi - millionairs; What the french call the 'nouveaubriche.' On the other side of the spectrum, successfully-implemented poverty alleviation goverment programmes, such as parish development model (PDM), have contributed to poverty reduction.
