Abstract
Revival Plan: The lake Katwe salt project has since 2013 been listed on the UDC website as one of their main projects in the offing. The thinking is that local production of salt for both human and animal consumption from the deposits of Lake Katwe will save the Ugandan economy the badly needed foreign exchange spent on imports.
