Abstract
Uganda continues to implement the new lower secondary curriculum, schools are adjusting to learner-centred teaching methods that emphasise research, creativity, practical skills, and continuous assessment. While many students appreciate these changes, challenges such as limited resources, uneven teacher preparedness, and financial constraints continue to affect learning outcomes.
