Abstract
The Uganda Population-based HIV Impact Assessment (UPHIA) 2016 report indicates that about 4,000 babies are born with HIV every year, down from 30,000 babies (UAIS 2011). Although the number seems low, it is still unacceptably high. But the good news is that it can be reduced to Zero. How? You may ask. It takes you, the Woman.
