Abstract
The World Bank Board has approved a six-year urban development programme to improve the management of cities and municipalities. It will also expand access to climate-smart infrastructure, services and jobs for urban residents and displaced populations in refugee-hosting areas, totaling $540 million (Shs2.03 trillion).
