Abstract
A land dispute has erupted between residents of Uchinga Village in Rigbonga Parish, Ariwa sub-county In Yumbe district and the Aringa South Constituency Member of Parliament, Alioni Yorke Odria, over the ownership of approximately 360 acres of land that is off the Kulikulinga-Obongi road.
Residents allege that legislator connived with the family of Yassin Aluma, a resident of Ukubani village in Awinga parish, to irregularly process a land transaction reportedly worth shs50m.
