Abstract
Supporters of various candidates yesterday afternoon took to the streets and gathered in trading centres in the districts of Bukedi sub-region, Pallisa, Budaka and Kibuku to celebrate the victory of their candidates, who won in the parliamentary elections.
In Budaka, supporters of the Budaka Woman MP elect, Ms Pamela Kamugo Nasiyo, and those of Mr Robert Kasolo, the winner in Iki-Iki County walked for about 20km to converge at the central venue for the partying.
