Abstract
A three-month-long standoff be tween Uganda's NGO Bureau and several Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) has now escalated to the East African Court of Justice, with the Uganda Law Society (ULS) challenging what it describes as the arbitrary and unlawful suspension of NGO operations across the country.
