Abstract
The president of the Democratic Party (DP), one of the oldest political parties in the country, has revealed the party's 2017 strategic plan and vowed to take the party to the countryside ahead of the 2021 general elections.
Addressing journalists at the party's end of year press briefing in Kampala yesterday, DP chief, Mr Norbert Mao, said the party seeks to build structures countrywide in a bid to bring change after the 2021 elections.
