Abstract
The ongoing road constructions in Kampala and metropolitan areas which initially started in 2024 under the greater Kampala Metropolitan area urban development program( GKMA-UDP) is among the key infrastructural projects that President Museveni's government partially delivered in his 2021-2026 term but ended yesterday.
