dc.description.abstractHealth workers who were dispatched to Gulu District to tackle a malaria epidemic are protesting delayed payment of their allowances by the Ministry of Health. In January this year, the ministry of Health dispatched 374 health workers to 10 malaria-affected districts in northern Uganda.
