Abstract
By the powers entrusted to me under The Roads Act 2019, | am pleased to present the General Specifications for Road and Bridge Works, 2026. As Government, we are committed to enhancing the quality and safety of Uganda’s road infrastructure. The General Specifications will be part of the legal and technical framework for use in planning, design, construction, maintenance and operation of efficient and effective public road and bridge infrastructure in our country.
