dc.description.abstractThree students of Uringi Secondary School in Nebbi district are admitted in critical condition at Mengo Hospital in Kampala, following a fatal accident that occurred on Tuesday. Grace Kwiyucwiny, the state minister for northern Uganda, said headteachers who put the lives of students at risk by loading them onto trucks should face thee law because that mode of transport was banned by the education ministry.
