Abstract
Ugandans will no longer travel aboard to fix severe hearing impairment following the launch of the MED-EL hearing implant programme. The hearing restoration service will be provided by Kampala Audiology and Speech Centre (KASC), in partnership with MED-EL, an Austria based global leader in implantable hearing solutions.
