dc.description.abstractPolice in Tororo District are holding Electoral Commission officials on allegations of ballot stuffing in the just concluded local council elections. The Bukedi regional police spokesperson, Mr Sowali Kamulya, told Daily Monitor they arrested three officials from different polling stations found to have connived with politicians to rig elections.
