Abstract
Kyambogo University has revealed a plan to open to up off-campus learning centres across different regions in the country. The new development is intended to increase access to higher education, especially for teachers that would like to upgrade from Grade III to Grade V or even to diploma or degree level without necessarily having to go to Kyambogo main campus.
