dc.description.abstractThe state minister for youth and gender, Florence Nakiwala, has urged the youth in Nwoya, Amuru and Gulu districts to acquire vocational skills to break the vicious cycle of poverty. She made the call while awarding certificates to the youth of Acholi sub-region, who were trained in hairdressing, construction and mechanical works.
