Abstract
The Government of Japan has confirmed funding for the construction of the second phase of the Kampala Flyover project, aimed at easing traffic congestion and reducing flooding along Jinja Road. The Minister of Works and Transport, Gen Katumba Wamala, shared the news yesterday.
