Abstract
Uganda prides itself on being a continental leader in inclusion. Our Parliament is often celebrated as a mosaic of "Special Interest Groups," with designated seats for the youth, the elderly, workers, and Persons with Disabilities (PWDs). We cite affirmative action and speak the language of inclusion fluently.
