Abstract
After receiving news of excellent performance Pison Mutabarura, 19, shouted in excitement: "My hard work didn't go to waste". Mutabarura, who has been a student at Plus Two High School in rural Bushenyi, scored 20 points dispelling the notion that rural schools cannot excel.
