dc.description.abstractLast week, the Family Division of the High Court ruled that the biological children of a couple that was murdered last year have the final say on how and where their parents will be laid to rest. There had been a family dispute between the children, who wanted cremation and burial abroad, and members of the extended family, who had insisted on a customary burial in line with cultural norms.
