Abstract
Mr. Paul Odongo, a 74-year-old retired pharmacist from Apac district experienced a gradual decline in his eyesight for over five years that nearly led to permanent vision loss. The deterioration culminated in a sudden, shocking loss of sight from a painless disease that caused his left eye to narrow noticeably when he looked in the mirror.
