Abstract
Schools have been urged to set traditions and provide holistic education in order to produce children who will fit into the communities they live in. The Kamuli LC5 elect, Mr. Kaloli Dhizaala, made the call during the Starlight School thanksgiving and rewarding of Star PLE candidates.
