Abstract
National Water and Sewerage Corporation (NWSC) has said they have started producing charcoal using faecal matter to replace those from trees. Addressing journalists during their end-of-year staff evaluation and end-of-year party last week, Dr. Silver Mugisha, the NWSC managing director, said they have partnered with a US company and have already conducted trials in Kitgum, Gulu and Kampala.
