Abstract
Today Uganda marks the World HIV vaccine day. For over 21 years now, scientists have been researching for an HIV vaccine, but little success. Hilary Bainemigisha asked Dr Francis Kiweewa, the head if research at Makerere University Walter Reed Project, whether there is hope of an HIV vaccine.
