Abstract
The Jinja district chairperson has instructed the Chief Administration Officer (CAO), Olive Nakyanzi together with the District Health Officer (DHO), Dyogo Nantamu, to probe a health officer who allegedly neglected a mother in labour.
According to Titus Kisambira, the mother was instead aided by a porter to give birth.
