dc.description.abstract17-year-old Steven Sekayu was injured as police fired live ammunition to quell a demonstration by FDC supporters in Bugiri last Friday. The family of Steven Sekayu, the 17-year-old boy, who was shot and injured as police battled supporters of the opposition Forum for Democratic Change (FDC), has demanded that the Force pays his medical bill.
