Abstract
I, Jeff Ochieng (Kizza Besigye's look-alike), hereby release this endorsement statement to a candidate of my choice for the 2016 elections in Uganda. Even though I am not a Ugandan, I feel I have a stake in the leadership of the country as a well-wisher. After my story was highlighted last year in the New Vision (Kizza Besigye meets his look-alike) and thereafter, my visit to Uganda was a life-changing experience.
