dc.description.abstractThe secretary general of NRM party in Jinja District, Mr William Kato Kaziba, has been accused of grabbing a house from a family of six in Igombe Trading Centre, Buwenge Sub-county. Mr Kaziba, who denies the claims, is also accused of using his influence within NRM to use police in Jinja to intimidate Mr Fred Kiyuba, the owner of the house, who has been arrested for trespass more than 12 times in the last four years.
