Abstract
Early this week, Julius Kakeeto handed over the reins as chairperson of the Uganda Bankers' Association (UBA) after a two year stint. Members under UBA elected Michael Mugabi, the chief executive officer (CEO) of Housing Finance Bank, to take over the role.
