Abstract
Recently, I had a chat with a young person who was surprised to read media reports about 60-years-old Yowanina Nanyonga of Lutunku village in Sembabule, Masaka. Back in 1989, at the height of the Human Immunodeficiency Virus(HIV) and Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (Aids) pandemic in Uganda, there was serious fear among the general population.
