Abstract
It was a joyous moment as Mbarara Junior School celebrated last year's PLE success. The celebrations held on February 27, started with the school brass band leading the guests around the school to witness some of the developments it has registered for years including growth of infrastructure, bakery, water harvesting, banana plantations and bio gas project.
