Abstract
Malcom Mutebi, a three-month-old baby was born healthy and nothing else in this world excited his mother, Susan Nambejja, 30, a resident of Bwebajja on Entebbe Road more than his birth.
However, her excitement as a first-time mother is being put to test by her first-born's congenital heart disease, which requires urgent open-heart surgery at Narayana Hospital in India at a cost of sh144m.
