| dc.description.abstract | At the beginning of the fight against HIV/AIDs, the principle was applied; we saw the political leadership, led by President Museveni, the artists, led by Philly Lutaaya, the social workers, led by Kaleeba, the clergy, led by Miseiri Kawuma, all coming up to raise awareness about the scourge. No wonder tremendous success against HIV/AIDs was realised. However, indicators are that, the enemy is steadily gaining ground against us, from the prevalence of 6.4 in 2004 to 7.3 in 2011. | |
