Abstract
On June 26, 2008, President Museveni was in Kigali, the capital of Rwanda, for the official opening of the First African Investment Conference. Mr Museveni, who opened the conference in his capacity as the chairperson of the Summit of East African Community (EAC) heads of states, lashed out at the World Bank for allegedly failing progress in the construction of Bujagali Dam.
