Abstract
Police in Kampala yesterday arrested and later released Rubaga North MP Moses Kasibante and Mukono Municipality legislator Betty Nambooze for alleged disruption of the voting process. The duo's arrest came after they stormed Streams of Life Church Polling Station following a tip off that declaration forms had been signed before voting ended.
