Abstract
State minister for Primary Education John Chrysostom Muyingo has told parents and students to regularly read newspapers and consult education officials on available government scholarships.
Dr Muyingo said many students in Luweero District continue to miss out on higher education opportunities due to lack of school fees yet neither the students nor their parents look out for opportunities available, including the government student's loan scheme, introduced two years ago.
