President Yoweri Museveni has urged parents not to neglect girls saying they have so much to offer in the world. He made the remarks on Saturday during the wedding ceremony of Roger Kagurutsi Kalanzi and Merab Kyomugasho at St Paul's Cathedral Namirembe in Kampala.
