Abstract
Private school proprietors have asked to meet President Museveni following government's decision to withdraw its partnership in institutions implementing Universal Secondary Education (USE). The schools, under the Umbrella Federation Institutions, termed the manner in which the Ministry of Education Phased the out on a programme they had partnered for 10 years as disrespectful.
