Abstract
Kenneth Mugisha, the rotary governor for district 9211, has said they are currently in a drive to raise $50m ( sh185b) per year for the next three years to help in the prevention and treatment of polio.
"Rotarians are people of action, we cannot watch people die without doing anything about it". he said.
During last year's run Rotarians were able to raise over sh1.3b that they used to kickstart the project.
