Abstract
It pays to have a talented child. Wilberforce Namwigala and Teopista Mugala, both peasant parents from Busia, had never touched a dollar bill until last week. They each pocketed $500 (about Shs1.6m) after their children were named beneficiaries of the Iba Mbaye/World Anti-Doping Association (WADA) Fellowship scheme
