Abstract
The Government need to investigate and penalise the contractor who handled the new Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) Kisenyi health facility. Its four years since the official commissioning of the KCCA Kishenyi Health Centre IV. The facility is located in the central division in Kampala district, the numbers of people accessing health services at this centre justifies its importance.
